Sketch proposal for an extension for a Private Client in Scotland near Edinburgh.

The Client wished for an extension to their dining room that could be both used in the summer and winter. The did not want a green-house style conservatory.

This is scheme option 2 for them, it has a more open feel, with the roof pitch sloping towards the garden.
